The ticketing system is the only method AFAIK. Unfortunately I think they've received a tonne of tickets in the past fortnight and many staff are off on Christmas holidays, so response time has been ... lacking... I would guess you'll probably not hear much until early next week when the development staff return.
By the way, this part of the forum is for the original Elite / Frontier games. You probably should have posted this in the Elite: Dangerous Support section I guess.
