North America: (I'm going to put a few neotropical critters in here to ease the pressure on SA.)
  • American Black Bear: It's the last big icon for the continent, would be a starter bear, and come in a bunch of colors. It would be the main icon of my region, which currently just has a few small mammals.
  • Geoffroy's Spider Monkey: This super neat monkey can be found in Central and South America. Spider monkeys are fun to watch, and this one has color variants: brown, cream, reddish-orange, and black.
  • Roseate Spoonbill/Scarlet Ibis/American Flamingo: I would be happy with any of them. SA and the Caribbean need a bright bird.
  • Ocelot: This is the most popular cat and would add a small, spotted jungle cat to the little cat lineup.
  • Alligator Snapping Turtle: This one is pretty popular.
  • Eagles in WE: There are quite a few awesome eagles. The bald is the big one I need, but the golden, harpy, and Steller's sea eagles are all good, too.
  • Still want/need: Sea Otter, another bird, and Bighorn Sheep
South America: (Still needs more, but I could work with this plus the "NA" stuff.)
  • Golden Lion Tamarin: This adorable conservation icon is pretty well-known among monkeys, and tamarins are extremely common in zoos.
  • South American Coati: A lot of people want one, and I can see why.
  • Patagonian Mara or Rhea: Patagonia needs both, and definitely at least one.
  • Spectacled Bear: This would finish off the bears at the species level.
  • Emerald Tree Boa: I like this snake.
  • Macaws and Large Parrots in WE: Understandably popular.
  • Still Badly want/need: the not-chosen Patagonian animal, howler monkey, at least one more tamarin, tamandua, brown pelican and/or duck
Europe: (NA slots were taken, so the Arctic stuff goes here.)
  • Walrus: Super popular ABC animal. I'd be fine if a rabbit or other critter went here instead.
  • Musk Ox: Interesting arctic ungulate.
  • Mallard: The whole northern hemisphere gets a duck.
  • Barbary Macaque: I think they also live on the Iberian peninsula, which kind of needs a thing. We need more monkeys.
  • Legless Lizard: They are popular and kind of cool.
  • Owls in WE: The Eurasian eagle, Snowy, and Burrowing are the main ones I want, but there are other cool options.
  • Still think some people will want: 1-2 of rabbit, marten, hedgehog, marmot or wild cat, maybe another bird?
Australia/Oceania: (Not many personal needs or strong community wants, but there are some additional cool options.)
  • Tree Kangaroo: I missed this adorable icon when the Oceania pack dropped.
  • Echidna: The other monotreme is listed in the soundtrack.
  • Australian Pelican: The great white and brown seem like better choices, but at least we'll have a pelican rig.
  • Perentie or Lace Monitor: Australia kind of needs a monitor lizard
  • Thorny Devil: I think they are really cool. A tuatara wouldn't be a bad option either.
  • Lorikeets and Small Parrots in WE: Lorikeets and budgies are the big ones, maybe they could also squeeze in a conure or rose-ringed parakeet
  • Still kind of want: rock wallaby, black swan, possum, bilby, maybe Nene?
Africa: (There are still so many good ones, but these are the main ones I need.)
  • Grey Crowned Crane: This would add a flashy bird for Africa that works well alone or with other species. It is also endangered.
  • Hamadryas Baboon: This ABC animal would add an arid primate habitat niche for the game.
  • Guereza or Guenon: Africa could use a tropical monkey.
  • Serval: My favorite small cat is a very common species in zoos.
  • Panther Chameleon: Everybody wants them.
  • Vultures/Condors in WE: There are several cool options.
  • Still want/need: honey badger, crocodile, spurred tortoise, more birds and monkeys
Asia: (A lot of important species and small gaps, but few strong needs. South Asia especially needs a blackbuck and a monkey, and East Asia needs a few more things.)
  • Blackbuck or Muntjac: The blackbuck is very obviously missing from India, but I personally find muntjacs more interesting and would use them much more.
  • Golden Pheasant: This would add a rig for modders to add many more small habitat pheasants.
  • Pallas's Cat: I would definitely use this cat.
  • Grey langur or Golden Snub-Nosed Monkey: India needs a monkey more, but Chinese players make up a significant chunk of the player base. I hope we can get both.
  • Indian Cobra: A lot of people want a cobra.
  • Hornbills (and maybe toucans?): These birds would be great.
  • Still want/need: the not-chosen monkey and ungulate, Mandarin duck (would probably sell much better than the mallard), and Markhor
Vendors: My knowledge of global food culture is kind of pathetic. In-game, we have food stalls for burgers, hot dogs, french fries, tacos, baked goods, donuts, and pizza; drink stands for water, coffee, slush drinks, soda, smoothies, and milkshakes; and gift stands for basic supplies, hats, balloons, and other trinkets. I think there are plenty of drink stands, but most of the food is junk food. I always feel bad for my guests not having healthy food options. I would like to see salads and BBQ. Also, there ought to be an Asian food shop or two, and I think there should be something with fish. Maybe a Chinese food shop and a sushi shop would fill those gaps? I would also like guests to be able to carry around stuffed animals and buy T-shirts. I don't know where to put the six stands I want.

Smart move on doing Na/SA hybrid
Bald eagles as a WE is a very dangerous idea. I have almost been attacked several times and I have seen what they are capable of.
Aramar
I could see some world fair stuff coming to the game in some capacity

I'm going to "bird out" the WTE as well, even though in real life some of the birds would not be good fits for Walkthroughs. I will limit it to just one species though. i'm not that great with the vendor ideas so will just put in some type of food instead of a vendor name.

4 habitats, 1 E, 1WE, 1 vendor.

North America:
American Black Bear
Muskox
Wild Turkey
White Nosed Coatimundi
WTE: Bald Eagle
E: Alligator Snapping Turtle
Vendor: Barbecue

South America:
Black Howler Monkey
Spectacled Bear
Scarlet Ibis
Guianan Squirrel Monkey
WTE: Toco Toucan - I want macaws more, but just 1 Macaw would feel weird and be a difficult choice to make which one. So I go with the other iconic South American bird route.

Vendor: Argentinian Steak Bite stop - something to work in the famed Argentinian cattle industry.

Africa:
Hamadryas Baboon

It still baffles me that people think bald eagles would be a good WTE.
I have seen how dangerous they are and they are not creatures you should get close to.
At a place I used to work, in order to drop food or clean a bald eagle aviary, I had to go in with a shield, helmet paddings on my arm.

Here's mine.

North America:
  • America black bear
  • Bighorn sheep
  • Mountain goat
  • American flamingo
  • To make seven Habitat In a pack

    • American snapping turtle
  • E: any species of toad
South America
  • Spectacled bear

  • Southern rockhopper penguin (That lived below and around that continent and if that don't count, replace with South American coati.)
  • Green anaconda (could use bigger Exhibit or something)
  • E: Red-bellied piranha
  • WTE: Macaws
Africa
  • African leopard
  • Hamadryas baboon
  • Masai giraffe
  • Ankole cattle
  • To make seven Habitat In a pack

    • Crowned crane (black or grey)
  • E: Panther chameleon
Asia
  • Markhor
  • False gharial
  • King cobra (could use bigger Exhibit or something)
  • Larger python species (could use bigger Exhibit or something)
  • To make seven Habitat In a pack
    • Axis deer
    • Japanese serow
    • Gaur
  • E: Indian cobra
Oceania
  • Green sea turtle
  • Perentie
  • Short-beaked echidna
  • Lace goanna
  • WTE: Cockatoo
For others that were worldwide
  • Pelican (Would aviary ideas be needed or necessary?)
  • Any toad species

About Europe, I couldn't figure out what I want and hope for Planet Zoo to accept and have.

You forgot vendors.
You get to have both WTE and E

I don't care about North America really, so here's mine, in order of importance:

Africa
  • Hamadryas baboon.
  • Waterbuck.
  • Serval.
  • Great white pelican.
  • African giant millipede (E).
I won't bother with a WTE animal. We've already got an African bat.

South/Latin America
  • Geoffroy's spider monkey.
  • Bolivian squirrel monkey.
  • White-face saki.
  • Colombian red howler.
  • Emerald tree boa (E).
  • Golden lion tamarin (WTE).
Asia
  • Blackbuck.
  • Lion-tailed macaque.
  • Sumatran tiger.
  • Sumatran rhinoceros.
  • Leopard gecko (E).
Europe
  • Eurasian wildcat.
  • Eurasian brown bear.
  • Eurasian wolf.
  • Scottish highland cattle.
  • Scheltopusik (E).
And that's pretty much it for me. I'm fine with Oceania as it is, unless we got a full pack of exhibit animals for it, and, as I said, there's nothing from North America I need or particularly want anymore.
