Contraband packages

So I just started trying out this Power struggle thing.
I have 10 Kuma contraband packages in my hold and went to a system to be prepared. No options to deliver them in a station. So how and where do I deliver them?

Hopefully that's it, I'm not familiar with the Kuma power play stuff but would think it works the same as the one I'm in :)

Bump.
I checked contacts at the station I'm in and the PP contact just offers more Kuma packages to take to a prep system and deliver. No where does it it say where in the system or how I'm to deliver them.
Can someone in this Power tell me how?

Sounds like you are in a system that the power you are pledged to already controls.
Go to the Power overview page, look at the preparation tab, and deliver your prep packages to one of the systems on that list.
