Control Pad With Yaw

Apologies, I'm sure it's posted already somewhere, but does anyone have a graphic/list of the default "Control Pad With Yaw" settings - both the controller and the keyboard/mouse settings? I know I can go through the Options menu and write everything down, but I'm sure it's been done before.

Btw, I've seen setups like the "Crab" setup below, but it's different, hence me seeking the default.

i am actualy hoping for that myself owning only a 360 controller to use ingame next to the mouse and keyboard.
