Control roll or yaw with analog triggers on Steam Controler

I just want to get back to the game and I noticed I cannot set up roll on trigger axis.
It will only work in one way, so I can rotate left on left trigger or on right trigger not on both.
I know I can use as digital keys but it destroys the whole idea of using analog triggers.
Is this possible to set up correctly in Steam Controller?

Correct buttons/Keys are digital on Keyboard and PADs only...
Bumps/ trigger/ are on or off digital... this is normaly because every single pad can have different viable values on them..
Only Hotas ID devices are selectable as axis suppport...
Console pad users have been waiting for analogue button support but only get digital as well...

The triggers can be set as analog, throttle works that way. But it only works as 1 axis, you can't have reverse analog throttle on 1 trigger and forward on the other. No idea about using the triggers for the other possible analog axis.
I have roll and pitch on the stick, plus the gyro as a relative pitch-yaw mouse. The mouse is activated by touching the right pad, as I have vert-lats on it, it becomes very natural. I also have digital yaw on the paddles.

Can you please share your config?

It wouldn't help much as I have assigned key presses to some buttons or combos. I use them to trigger external macros. My layout is a really convoluted mess.

For the gyro. Input style is mouse, gyro enable is right pad touch, behavior is on. In additional settings gyro steering is yaw. In-game set moue to relative and to control pitch and yaw. Play with the sensitivity settings a bit to get it to your liking.
The right pad is setup as joystick move and you can assign the the lateral axis in game to it. The pedals I assigned keys too and use that in the in-game setting as digital yaw inputs.
I also have a chorded key assignment to the 4 directions of the left pad that gets triggered if you touch the right pad and press a direction on the left pad. This triggers autohotkey pip macros. This way I can have single pip input and macros at the same time.

Found a setup which is actually just like yours, but gyro is just for a headlook. Understood that not only you will need .binds file which is tends to bug, but the steam config too. Was a bit disappointed by steam controller itself, i was so naive to thinking that it could replace virpil hotas in any way.
Anyway, thanks for a tip
