Control the dinosaurs

It would be great if we had the opportunity to play like a dinosaur, yes, control them, imagine controlling a T.rex and a Velociraptor !? Would be wonderful!

Personally I just don’t see the point of this feature, the basic aims of JWE are to build a park, keep the dinosaurs in their paddocks and entertain/protect people. Why create an entirely different type of “mode” for JWE that doesn't fit for the game and it's genre? If it's possible to control the dinosaurs, then what would stop the player from taking control of the rampaging dinosaur and take it back to its enclosure. It would effectively be a major cop-out for the player and heavily undermine the game.

Instead this idea could instead be better used for a game that is dedicated for “playable dinosaurs” and not just added on in order to make JWE a "jack of all trades" type game.

Again this stupid question? This is getting very annoying go play the isle or ark dude this is a g park building game why should the devs waste time to implement such a useless feature to the game when there are way more important and appropiate things to do? There are enough games out there where u can play as a dino and even if u could play as a dino in jwe whats the point? There is nothing to do except running in circles in the enclosure or eat a goat from time to time

I understand your point of view, but I believe it would be good to control the dinosaurs in JWE because of the variety of species. I do not think they're going to make an open world Jurassic World game to control dinosaurs, if they do another game it must be to control humans killing dinosaurs, not funny. So we should control the dinosaurs in JWE, just like in the Mesozoica game

It is logical that this would be implemented after upgrades of dinosaur improvements and new content. You said go round in the enclosure and eat, so what? At The Isle it's the same thing. I'm talking about controlling the dinosaur by destroying the enclosure, attacking visitors, hunt, if that's bad for you, nor should you really like dinosaurs. And The Isle has nothing to do with it here. I'm talking about controlling dinosaurs from Jurassic World

I don't think Frontier Developments would want to copy anything from Mesozoica, a game built on lies and broken promises; where the head of the project scammed the fans who supported the kickstarter out of their money and hasn't paid the team who was working for him.

But with this "Control the Dinosaurs" mode, it would make the ACU Centre and all the fences (with exception to the Basic Light Steel fence) completely redundant. The tension from breakouts would be gone, because instead of trying to tranquillise the rampaging dinosaur; all you have to do now is take control of the dinosaur, bring it back to its enclosure and call the Rangers to fix the fence.

This is a mode that is not only wanted by little to no players on this forum and the subreddit, but would also the heavily undermine the game's mechanics. Therefore this is a mode that simply doesn't deserve to be in JWE.

There are no current plans for this feature. The game is designed so that you play the role of a park manager, not the dinosaurs. Jurassic World may have a huge focus on genetic research but we're not quite into mind control territory just yet ;)

Rather than controlling dino would be cool if you can develop programs to influence their behavior: like the raptor training in the movie, or create environmental conditions that could influence the "personality" development of dinosaurs or even stress disorders.

The whole challenge of the game is managing prehistoric life and how it reacts to the control of humans, if we could control it it would be just a sandbox with dino.
