The implementation of all the controls makes a crazy list, whoever masters them all, please include in your CV that you are sure of something useful in the real world.
For this reason and due to the need to have a more orderly control, I have thought of a solution that I am going to show you in some conceptual designs that I have made, that we could discuss to improve them and make them reach people. by Frontier. so that they do not take it into account for people who do not work every day with excel tables and census lists.
This is my idea (the designs are in Spanish but the concept is understandable):
