I guess I missed something or maybe its just on my end, but isn't there something kinda quirky with the hotkey controls in this game?

A bug just on my end? Must be, 'cause couldn't find anything related to that, anywhere.

But I don't refer to settings/gameplay focus on object/vehicle" for I do not want this everytime automatically centered
for I get nausea when the camera jumps and flows around endlessly.
Only with a hotkey. Like strike "c" to center object, for the younger screendesigners. Preferrably changeable. Easy I thought, but: no hotkey there...
I would take it even not changeable, I swear ! For such a key would be vital in a game likes this. But not 'either automatic or none at all', if you get my drift.
Sorry for the reiteration.
edit: found out, that a -> right click on "direct control" centers a vehicle. Well hidden, that one, guys ;-)
but certainly not those, I tried out ever since. Just not working. Management view does not come up with any hotkey.
But it's only a guess, because -> I can't find the file, where my keybindings are stored (-> paragraph 2,.)
Sorry for repeating my question, and believe me, I searched quite some time now, here and there, as I am running in circles:
->> Where are the personal Hotkey-Configs stored ?? <<-
Are they even on my computer ?
There must be a Dev around to tell me. And its a very good game, by the way, I really like it !! Like a lot ;-)
Every game has to have these things stored somewhere and I could check permissions, bad file to replace, whatever, but for my life I can not find them.
ANY help would be gladly appreciated, maybe a developer can spare a few seconds, thank you !!
No Pun Intended, Ever

1., I can not reset the Hotkeys. Made already another thread, but no solution so far.
Hitting R for reset in settings mouse&keyboard does nothing or at least it does not reset the keybindings..A bug just on my end? Must be, 'cause couldn't find anything related to that, anywhere.

2., Where are the Keybindings stored?
I can not find the file, not anywhere on my PC.3., There is no "center on object" - key.
That would be vital in a game like this. And Frontier is no newcomer, so it must be on my end.But I don't refer to settings/gameplay focus on object/vehicle" for I do not want this everytime automatically centered

4., The keystroke for "Park Rating / Management View" is not working.
As far as I can remember not the original one (but I can not make sure, because I can not reset the keybindings to check, you know ... paragraph 1.,)but certainly not those, I tried out ever since. Just not working. Management view does not come up with any hotkey.
5., Last time I had keystrokes changed without my doing. Started game, some hotkeys were mixed up.
Okay, I can redefine them. But really... annoying all this. Must be something with file permissions, I guess. But it's only a guess, because -> I can't find the file, where my keybindings are stored (-> paragraph 2,.)
