General / Off-Topic Cooking, what do you do?

I'm a simple person, so I only cook simple stuff. No frills.

-Potatoes baked to perfection. Generously coated in olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper. 45-50 minutes in a hot oven. You need to have a very thin bubbling layer of oil on the bottom of your dish to make sure you get golden crisp. Because golden crisps are the best :D
-Chicken. No nonsense. Deboned thighs. Rubbed with salt, black pepper, tiny bit of hot paprika for a kick. Pan cooked on medium heat.
-Dip. That's where my slavic origin becomes obvious. Cottage cheese, sour cream(14%, none of that low fat nonsense in my house thank you very much), onions finely minced, chives, spring onions, salt.
-Fresh vegetables for colour, and to make people believe that any of this is even remotely healthy :D

A cold pint to accompany this ensemble is highly recommended(not present in the picture).

It's only 10 o'clock in the morning at my house, and I would eat this plate without any problem
