It is not difficult to make if you can get the basic ingredients.
The Kagoshima pork is hard to come by, but any good pork belly will do.
By seeing the photo, I thought that it could also be a pastry

It's the thought that counts.
I'm a simple person, so I only cook simple stuff. No frills.
-Potatoes baked to perfection. Generously coated in olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper. 45-50 minutes in a hot oven. You need to have a very thin bubbling layer of oil on the bottom of your dish to make sure you get golden crisp. Because golden crisps are the best
-Chicken. No nonsense. Deboned thighs. Rubbed with salt, black pepper, tiny bit of hot paprika for a kick. Pan cooked on medium heat.
-Dip. That's where my slavic origin becomes obvious. Cottage cheese, sour cream(14%, none of that low fat nonsense in my house thank you very much), onions finely minced, chives, spring onions, salt.
-Fresh vegetables for colour, and to make people believe that any of this is even remotely healthy![]()
A cold pint to accompany this ensemble is highly recommended(not present in the picture).
