Cool Names for Notoriety Rating

The latest news about Crime & Punishment says: "Commanders gain a Notoriety rating, a value between zero and ten."

Please add rank names to each value, because numbers are boring. If the Pilots Federation ranks were a bunch of numbers that's lame. It's better to have a cool title or number + title. Such as:

0. Lawful
1. Delinquent
2. Felon
3. Criminal
4. Murderer
5. Terrorist
6. Outlaw
7. Villain
8. Marauder
9. Scourge
10. Kingpin

Here's a comparison:

Option 1: "I got notoriety rating 1" [blah]
Option 2: "I became a delinquent" :cool:

Option 1 sounds boring while option 2 is exciting.

Right now, I guess one could call it a "Gankster" rating :D

Don't think that'll go official thou ;)

One could keep it "formal british" with a nice, neutral tone to it : "Visibility" rating.
(Criminals with a proven record will become more and more "visible" to the Authorities and eventually ATF).

PS.
No idea how to properly label the 9 Levels individually though.
Something like a "Negative Pilots Federation Rank" that would represent.
