I'm organizing a short trip for a few of my friends and I to go on. None of them have ever explored before, so I decided to organize a journey to the Pleiades with them. I'm looking for cool meeting points along the way, but I can't find any in the gap between the edge of colonized space and the Pleiades. I'm wondering if any of you know of cool systems about halfway between the bubble and the Pleiades for us to meet up at. We will be leaving colonized space from our meeting point in the system Hyadum I (thanks ObsidianAnt!), so I'd prefer that the system not be too far off course from the route between there and Maia. Any ideas would be very greatly appreciated!

When are you leaving? I have some business out that way and could scout a few places for you if you like.
After a quick nose around, you might like to visit 59 CHI TAURI (lots of worlds, including a big ringed landable world), HIP 16896 (nothing outstanding, but there's a triple moon arrangement with a good view of the Pleiades) and 63 TAU-2 ARIETIS (which has a small star orbiting a giant star in very close orbit - quite a good illustration of scale.)
