Cops Killing Cops in HIP 10510??

Wonder if anyones come across this before (I'm sure they have). I'm in Solo in a RES in HIP 10510. As soon as I jumped in the usual spawning started. Spotted some System Authority Vessels in the area so went for a scan (I'm clean). Instead of killing wanted ships they are killing each other. Eagles going at each other all over the place and then 2 Anacondas jumped in, met up with another that rushed to meet them and each one started to try and kill the other ones going every Conda for itself. Spotted some wanted ships from the same mob doing the same while others were happy to hunt Clean ships in wings.

Normal, something in the water, sign of the apocalypse?

Nah...it's just the Monday morning precinct office argument about who's buying the coffee and doughnuts this week!:D

(Yes I've seen this a couple of times...the NPC code is flawed...along with a few other things)

I warned him not to touch the chocolate sprinkled doughnuts. Sarge won't be happy :)
