copy the data from the "Agriculture data port 1" container

can't figure it out: copy the data from the "Agriculture data port 1" container. I found this port through the terminal (on assignment it highlights in blue) downloaded everything that is there. But the mission doesn't count. What am I doing wrong? and in the main task this is also written: find and download a copy of the data: Chemical Data. Usually such things are given during the assignment, but now what to do, where should I find them? Maybe that's why I can't complete the mission?

in the terminal with a blue marker shows only 1 port and its name is the same: number 1.

yes there was a Mission marker in the terminal, I went to this place

I noticed some missions don't update status until you leave the settlement and go into supercruise
Example would be shutdown types of missions, I have objective stuck on shutdown and take off the power regulator, once I get to SC it changes to return to terminal

Just did one of those, worked fine The data you were asked to download should have had the mission marker as well.

You can take another mission at the same time which supplies a regulator, use it to power up the first base, then remove it again before you leave. Now you can do the second mission.
