Newcomer / Intro copying control setting too new pc

Hi,

I've got a new PC and have load my save and see it's a cloud save, but the controls haven't transferred. Where are these stored on my PC? I want my custom bindings etc.

C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Bindings

Thats where it is on my system so hope that helps :)
