Core chunks 5KM away from asteroid

Hello...

So recently I have noticed that sometimes when exploding core asteroids, the freed chunks end up about 5KM away... Which means I have to fly over to them to pick them up and then go back to the asteroid I just cracked.

I tried checking google and forums for something like this but was unable to find anything like it.
Has anyone else noticed this happening?
Is this a known issue?

Cant say i had this happened to me.
And i did some core mining soon after U12 was launched when i was confirming the PWA being bugged and not lighting asteroids with surface/subsurface deposits

Core mining in the black almost daily.
Not seen this. Then again I've not looked... ill post if I see it happening

Had it happen to me maybe 4 or 5 times outy of the thousands of cores that I have cracked. I think that they appear at the ship location instead of the asteroid location for some reason, but can't be 100% sure.
