Coriolis.io for offline use

Sometimes I don't have internet and like to tinker with coriolis.io shipyard. I made an offline version that can be used with XAMPP/Apache server or similar. Just drop the files inside the htdocs folder, launch the apache server and type "localhost" inside your favorite web browser.

Permalinks are still fully compatible with coriolis.io just change the adress like this for example: http://localhost/outfit/adder?code=A0p9t9F9l4d9sef3 to https://coriolis.io/outfit/adder?code=A0p9t9F9l4d9sef3

It's a fairly simple conversion, with some online sync/update features removed but otherwise fully functional. You can import/backup json files without any problems.

Great job coriolis.io devs, the whole thing is under 3mb and beautifully written. Without a doubt my favorite ED third party tool.
