Synopsis:
Several systems along the outer border are corrupted inside the UC data network, making them unable to be bought.
I don't really know why, but I only ask of explorers to be thorough and submit ONE CONSISTENT batch of data to be safe.
If you see an unknown system in the direct jump list and can't buy it in 20 ly radius, expect not to be credited for it. It was scanned before, just by other people. Please offer to submit a new uncorrupted full scan to the UC in that case.
