Corrupted zoo after update...150hrs wasted

it happened again, i spent 30hrs on first zoo and after few updates started another one where i have 150+hrs, now i had the issue with the habitat, saved it and cant enter again even old save....i want to cry

Don't delete it (as i did a couple of times, i have nothing but a bunch of conservation points left after 200 hours).
I read that a dozen times and often people was able to enter the zoo again after another update.
That been said, i gave up some time ago.
I guess i give it a try sometime next year or just only play sandbox.

i already did that with my first zoo no response unfortunatelly...will contact support team, but i find it very useless as nothing happened already once so i started this zoo that just said goodbye...every save i try crashes, new zoo works, i would be so happy to be wrong but i dont hope anymore, so glad i did not spend money on arctic pack

I submitted a ticket, how can i check the status? there is nothing under "my tickets" and i got no confirmation but i submitted for sure and at least 3x to find out there is no confirmation....

it worked but i had to go to the main page before selecting franchise, after selecting Planet zoo, the ticket would never get saved.....my ticket is
