Ships Corsair and iCourier cockpit - How to reduce glare???

Love the pits...hate the glare!
In VR the glare is so bad from reflected light that it some cases I can't see the hud.
The glare behind my ships hologram makes seeing my shield and hull % impossible.

Is there any way to turn down the reflective glare in the cockpit?

After having spent many VR hours in Gutamaya cockpits I gave in and embraced the mystery.. Do I have shields? Am I going the right way? <shrug/>

Is there some way to deal with it in EDHM, maybe?
