The corvette is a great ship, but as others have pointed out, its relatively lacking in a number of areas. I was hoping 3.0 would offer some attention to it, but that has not been the case. It would be nice to see the convergence of the medium hardpoints be aligned more properly when using rail guns for one. The spacing of the medium's makes it a bit tedious to use at times. It would be nice for the small hardpoints to be bumped up to mediums as well so that it effectively had more dps than the multipurpose anaconda. The fsd could use some love now as well. 15-17 jump range on a combat fit is just abysmal. Now with the new C&P teleporting you away, it can be extremely tedious to try to get back to where you once were. Even more tedious if you are using a fast boot fsd with around a 10lyr jump range.
As for the missing content, there are still no experimentals on life support, sensors, heatsinks, and chaff, and there is no g4 scbs. This poses both a grandfathering issue, and a lack of options that 2.4 once offered with its RNG secondary effects.
