Cost of Fer de Lance in Founders World

Does anyone know how much a Fer de Lance costs when bought from Founders World?

I'm not near to check exact, but since the list price is 51,567,040 and it is a 10% discount it should be 46,410,336.

Slightly off topic, sorry.
How close to Founders World do you have to go to purchase a FDL?

I am mostly on the edges of populated space and have never seen one for sale.

It is the founders world system only. Permit required. -> Stations in that system give 10% discount on ships and equipment.

Permit is obtained by reaching Elite in combat/trading/exploration (one of the three). Or by being a Beta backer (you'd know if you were).

Beta backers only got Sol System Permit, Founders was only given out to Kickstarter backers and maybe alpha players.

Premium beta got Sol and Founders World permits along with some other stuff.

I got Founders World permit as Beta. (I am Elite as well now)
My question is not about getting the discount, just about where to buy the FdL. As said, never seen one for sale anywhere.

My playing style doesn't take me near the home worlds very often.

For the record I bought one there last week. Not to pick holes but I think it was a poorly worded question (Yes I did misunderstand). The FDL is a ship like any other and can be bought in many places across the galaxy, it's availability is not linked to proximity to founders world.
The answer to the question you actually asked is "Close enough to be within the human bubble."
