I would really like to be able to use elevators, escalators and travelators in Planet Coaster 2 to create even more amazing park experiences. You could use elevators to move guests safely and comfortably through the ground or in restaurants, hotels and other kind of buildings between multiple levels or floors (including perhaps the ability to adjust the temperature in the elevator cabin (warm and cold; for tropical or arctic experiences, perhaps in a DLC or update themed northic / arctic and tropical / amazonic) and covered from the elements like with the cable-lift is the case).
* Being able to change the temperature via the ways that are in Planet Zoo (gentle: warm or cold air blowers) will in general be super cool to use for building immersive experiences. Maybe even being able to change the atmospheric humidity by using blowers or moist-adders. I would really love to see guest experiences to these phenomena!!
Escalators to transport people in a fashionable and harmonious way between heights. It would be really cool if you could even make them go in curves!!! That would be amazing
On top of that travelators (coveyor-belts for humans, used in various real theme parks like the parking lot of Disney Land in Paris I think) will also be really awesome to use in creating experience-short-cuts (small intermediate paths or ways). With travelators it could even be possible to create double-curving paths using an elastic walking-band.
Being able to add intermediate disembarking platforms and / or (new word I made up >) flatforms for the elevator and travelator would be an awesome extra on top of that
^ * Even the escalators could have an unbroken moving-way > chain of escalator-steps but then temporarily moving horizontal without handrails at the place where you can step on or get off. As is with the travelator also the case!
For the elevators, two options would be super nice:
One with a hydrolic rod (being lifted from below)
The other mechanical using metal ropes (being lifted from above)
Maybe the elevators could have two options wherein you could choose between one door or a door on each side.
Being able to change the different colours of the transport devices’ parts, plains, surfaces and lights would also be a good idea!
Maybe in the elevator both a button system and a touchpad with number tabpad (3/3/3/1 concept, like the login-screen lay-out for a number-passcode of e.g. your phone or tablet) could be an option in the settings.
Being able to change or edit the speed would also be really nice; with the elevators the arrival and departure speed could also be an editable option.
