"Could not connect to franchise server..." - Every 5 minutes

What is going on, been like this on and off for the past week? Please can we get some sort of communication from Frontier that this issue along with the Animal Market lag is being worked on?
 
Every time I have some time off work to play PZ there are inevitably issues with the franchise server, I'll post next time I plan to play so everyone can go and do something else! ;)

In 3 hrs of play last night i had the 'you are offline' message around 7 or 8 times. It generally sorts itself out after a few seconds but it is annoying
 
Yea mine was so bad last night I just turned it off...

Losing patience with it to be honest. Admittedly sometimes it's my internet, but majority it's not.

If you are still experiencing disconnects or an inability to access Franchise Mode please try turning off your Firewall or Anti-virus software. Sometimes these programs can be a little overzealous in preventing games from accessing the internet. If doing this improves things then please set Planet Zoo as an exception to any blocking rules in these programs.
 
Tried that Paul but still get and it plays for a while. then you get "could not connect to franchise server please check your internet" if you then save the game it will come back for a few more minutes and then you have to save and leave the game. As soon as you get to the load screen again you press resume carry on for up to 15 minutes or an hour and the process starts again. Got a great internet connection and have no problems with it at all except this game in franchise mode, which the mode I wanted to use when buying the game. It only started happening after an update patch.
