...to a thread/location that has a COMPLETE list of the new Engineer experimental effects/requirements for all modules etc?

I know it may all be tweaked but I’d like to position myself to get going when the official update drops.

I'd say it's kind of pointless to plan while everything is in beta. It won't be set in stone until actual public release.

You can certainly use Inara for what's available now.

Future planned, sorry thought I’d made that clear. INARA is well used by me (although I’m not sure they’ll be quick to update the new stuff based on past updates).

The final stats may be tweaked, but the requirements re: mats etc will likely remain the same if history is any judge.
