Could someone give me a Dummies™ explanation of this "28th" malarkey?

I'm just a simple dude who gets absolutely confuzzled by all these cryptic clues.

So could someone please give this idiot an explanation of what on Earth is going on?

We followed some clues, we tried to find some FDev controlled NPCs.

SDC pirate group came in and destroyed FDev

FDev posts the clue on galnet because they keep getting ganked by SDC

Later that day anither FDev controlled NPC drops another message riddle

Same happens again later in that day

All the messages turn out to be the start of new A to B community goals.

SDC had fun

Rest of us..... Meh!

That's about it summed up in a nutshell for ya

The livestreams during gamescom contained flashes of binary code that basically said "the hunt starts the 28th".

On the 27th a message appeared in the news feed of the station called "Pre logistics support gamma" which was also mentioned in the gamescom message.

This lead to a series of clue's at other stations that all lead to a message about a ship piloted by someone named Kohl that would appear at a set time in a certain system.

People found this frontier controlled cmdr and he gave them another clue but was then promptly killed.

So FD gave us some CGs which will lead to more clues... that's it so far.

Dude was in space and he found something amazing that will astound us all, something about waking up in a distant part of space, Logan Kohl is his name and if we want anymore information we have to deliver enough narcotics to make him happy and then he will tell us the rest of the story. (second clue)

This is a CG at the moment which lasts for 6 days.

Deliver narcotics to Bridger Enterprise in cail system to receive a second clue from Logan kohl.

You need to sign up to the CG through ingame mission board.

The nearest station that i found that sells narcotics is Bluford Gateway in the HIP 17022 system

So they scheduled a big in-game event for the Sunday before a bank holiday Monday. And the event actually kicked off earlier than planned on the 27th by all accounts. Nice one FD :rolleyes:

Sorry man, didn't mean to be harsh! I'm just laughing at FD yet again making a bit of a mess of things. This should have been scheduled for the start of a work week where Galnet could be kept ticking over.

Earlier this week I parked in Gamma station...looking forward to a bit of alien stuff on the 28th....
....which comprised of trying to keep up with the UA mega thread for most of the day.
