I've been trying hard to get away from a planet but:
1) My SRV was in an area of jagged vertical ridges and cliffs, seemingly impossible to climb. Lots of structural damage trying to.
2) The recall command always had the ship land very far from my SRV, usually on top of far cliffs, impossible to reach without breaking the SRV.
In the end I had to self-destruct. Granted, I'm no expert so I might have done something wrong, but I don't understand what. The possibility of your SRV getting stuck in some horrible place is a reality. I accept I might have done some mistake, but the recall thing is frankly nonsense. What's the point of the ship landing so far? There were plenty of flat areas near me.
Anyone got similar experience?
