Counter BGS: What to look for, and how to best crush an enemy system..

I am looking for information about how to best mangle an enemy factions BGS progress. Hoping to learn what systems and stations to look for when planning an attack on an enemy factions BGS, and what actions cause the most damage in these cases.

On a more practical note... :)

Look to get them into as many wars and elections as you can, it doesn't matter who with but it'll keep them busy dealing with that. Push other factions in their low population systems where you can make rapid changes with little effort. Where they're trying to expand, see if you can get the other factions into wars to fix the system influence for 7+ days and stop them reaching 75% easily.
The main think is to keep them occupied (over) reacting to what you've done. Be unpredictable. They'll soon start to jump at any and all slight changes in their systems, whether caused by you or not.
