It was a joke a few years back to direct forum readers to the Rick Astley video. Lots of hit from clickaholics.
Actually now i think about it, I seem to remember a few deaths on the bbc version of elite where the docking computer would sometimes try to park you into the back of the space station if you took your eye off the ball. (AFK)
