Coaster Crazy Couple issues

1 I bought gems a month ago, and still have not received them, and have sent numerous support inquiries through the app store link, to no avail. I have all the info needed if anyone can help sort this out because I really do not want to involve the police if I do not have to, but will over $10.66(My bank will not cancel the order and return my money without a police report. I bought other gems later on with no issues, but the initial time I had issues). The other issue I am having lately, is that whenever I attempt to do challenges on the moon, the app crashes back to the home screen, and I lose everything I have built to that point(just today it happened twice just as I was about done and ready to upload) and have to start over, plus sometimes I have to reboot the iPad because it gives me no sound and tells me I have to reboot the iPad, which is not an issue for the game, but it knocks the ipad sounds off completely. Any help would be appreciated in these issues.

Sorry to hear you're having issues, if you have lost gems then you need to email ccsupport@frontier.co.uk with your game centre ID and a copy of your App Store receipt, as proof of purchase. Then we can recover this for you as soon as possible!

In regards to the sand box crashing, this isn't a known error with the game currently so is more than likely to do with your device being low on memory. Try closing down as many non-essential background apps when you play Coaster Crazy and the performance should improve.
