Greetings fellow commanders! I trust you are all stockpiling ammunition for the bug invasion?

I wonder if I may ask couple of unrelated questions:

a) (if one purchases multiple bobble-heads) can multiple bobble-heads be added to the ship dashboard?

b) why does the wedding barge keep sending out the same message?

Yes, I have the alphabet bobbles, a cobra and a lost wind one and you can put them all on your dash
