while there isnt a manual that covers the whole game yet (how could there be if its not finished?) there is the Sidewinder Owners' Manual

it should have some of what you need, if you get stuck post a question, it should be answered quite fast if posted during the day UK time (your post shows as being made @ 3.17am to me)
