Covert Operations: Asset Liberation

This is a thought exercise on a mechanic similar to the Dominion Chaos theory, except you are the attacker (similar to Claire at the start of Dominion for example).

Sometimes you'll get info on secret temporary facilities where various species are kept/made illegally. When choosing to infiltrate, you take one of your scientists as a spy.

Upon reaching the map, you can bribe local scientists, though it increases alarm level if they refuse.

Scientists could be used to:
-unlock/hold open gates
-sabotage buildings
-disable security buildings
-briefly distract human security
-sedate dinosaurs
-enrage dinosaurs to attract nearby security

The Ranger team could:
-tranquilise/select dinosaurs for transport (transport maximises alarm level & tranquilised timer is shorter than usual)
-herd dinosaurs
-saw through unpowered fencing
-collect intelligence from a Science centre
-rescue captive from a Control centre

The idea is to get dinosaurs and/or research with your ranger team, then to escape the facility. The objectives of the mission could be different each time, focusing on sick animals, getting a certain amount of animals out, or even sabotaging research. Getting intelligence out could even unlock one or a few research items for free.

Your ranger team being in the view cone of security steadily increases the alarm level.

When alarm level is at maximum, then bribed scientists can't do anything, and your own scientist will likely be captured if they do anything. Security cars and trained dinos that see your ranger team will also attack.

Captured scientists can have their ransom paid on the staff screen, or can be retrieved in another infiltration of the same group.

Groups:
Poachers
-Low research yield

Trainers
-Uses some dinosaurs for security
-Doesn't ransom captured scientists

Researchers
-High research yield
-High security
-Larger facilities
