Cowell and MgRath Cobra MkIII

As Drew Wagar explained in a post, it is unlikely that there are any operational vintage Cowell and MgRath Cobra Mk III's in Elite Dangerous, not since the events in his books. How about introducing new gameplay where we can salvage a Cowell and MgRath Cobra Mk III and the parts needed to make one operational? Then we can fly it, collect it, or sell it for some insane amount of credits.

*Other vintage ships could be introduced in the same manner.

I could see this working if the cost of repairing the 1/3 the cost of a normal Cobra MKIII. You might ask why so low. Well with the time and effort of trying to restore Cobra. Would amount of a regular cobra.

So Rep +1.

+1. I like the idea of cheap repairs. What if we unlock the vintage Cowell and MgRath Cobra Mk III by performing missions for a clandestine part of the Pilots' Federation? And what if the clandestine part of the Pilots' Federation agrees to help cover the cost of outfitting, repairing, and replacing the vintage Cobra, and the extent to which they subsidize us is based on our present ranking? The more things we are Elite in, the cheaper it is to outfit, repair, and replace the Cowell and MgRath Cobra Mk III.

My point is not after the ship running. But getting the ship running. That time and effort. After the ship repaired and running the cost for repairs should equal that of a normal Cobra MKIII.
