CQC CQC Home World Delivery Missions

I'm not sure which category this falls under so I'm just going to assume it goes here because it had "CQC" in it.

Recently I've been noticing a ton of delivery missions on the very edge of human space whose destinations are to CD-43 11917, which just happens to be the CQC Home World and requires a permit to access. I collected a bunch of missions that added up to around 3,000,000 credits only to realize that I'm not even allowed to enter the system that I'm supposed to take the crap to without supposedly reaching the top rank of CQC. So I'm just confused as to what the actual point of having missions go to this place when like not even an eighth of players will ever be able to complete them. [downcast]

I understand that this doesn't happen 100% of the time, but it just seems silly to allow missions to take players to places that they can't even go. I get it that the game runs on its own half the time and this is just a random coincidence and it'll probably never happen to me again but I just thought I should say something about it because it seems weird to me. Maybe I'm dumb and not understanding something but it feels like something's not working the way it's supposed to. Just a thought.

It's not unreasonable for the game to generate missions to permit systems - and some of them, you could get the permit within the 24 hours the mission allows anyway - but the CQC permit is definitely not a quick one to get. Given that they warn about the destination being an outpost or a planet surface - which is a lot easier to work around - there probably should be a "requires permit" warning too.

Oh dang.
I see it's been 6 months and this is not fixed yet. Just discovered i cant plot a route to CD-43 11917 because i require this permit. having a 289K mission there to attilius orbital.
only 3 hours left until mission expires :(

guess i have to abandon and suck up the fine and rep degradation ?

Did anyone successfully file a ticket for this and get any response ?
