CQC NEEDS YOUR HELP — FATAL CQC CRASH BUG

since thrusday morning, after the servers maintenance apparently, mainy cmdrs have reported crash to desktop on PC in CQC.
Those crashes could happened before the game or at the end of the game.
All platforms, instances, & game mode are concerned : PS4, XBOX, PC, Horizon, Odyssey, DM, TDM...
This makes CQC litterally unplayable.

A ticket has been raised, all cmdrs who are enjoying CQC, or just to support, are invited to vote for this bug in the issue tracker.

How will I topple from Musky from No.1 Inara if CQC is unplayable - you have work to do FD!. Restarting the game after every match is just not on.

Top man! - I'll be IV quite soon (and still top for no. of deaths). On a serious note tho - I hope FD sort this game-crash issue out soon

I think you have like 90k kills and nearly 100k deaths, right? I don't think anybody will beat your death count even if CQC was with us another 10 years. So your record is safe there 👍

A fix huh??? Shame there's no actual update for CQC itself, it's been what.. 4-5 years?? The only ACTUAL update we got was being able to search for a CQC match whilst playing the main game regardless of Open, Solo or Pg.

Fdev has introduced the matchmaking with the FC update, you can search for a game from main, you don't need to wait in CQC lobby anymore.
FC update was 2 years ago ?

Hi Sally (Apologies for the shoutout) This issue has been ongoing for approaching 2 months now and is extremely frustrating for those who enjoy playing the CQC/Arena game mode.

Apparently a solution has been identified, but Is there any update you can provide on when FDev might be able to apply the fix?

Just reseted my account after learning for +120 hours from game and forums so i could go straight ifor prestige and elite in CQC to start with those sweet discounts in the main game, to have the game crash after each victory, login in to see the stats haven't moved, well i guess we have to wait until Update 13 coming on Tuesday 9 August.

"Known issues concerning general stability in game around POIs/ground settlements and crashes preventing Commanders from currently enjoying CQC are making good progress within the team for resolve as part of Update 13."

I have tried to play a match and i kep getting a crash to desktop, if this doesnt happen i cant find people to matchmake with.. I have zero experience with pvp so it would really help me to get used to pvp in this game but it won't let me sadly

The recent CTD issue has been frustrating to say the least. Having to restart the game and go straight into Arena after finding a CQC match in main game, or at the end of each actual Arena match is a real pain. Let's hope it gets fixed in today's update.

Also, fingers crossed that Horizons 4.0 will instance with Odyssey 4.0 users in CQC. Hopefully, this will bring a considerable proportion of the player base back together and make it easier to find a match. I guess this will ultimately depend on how many Horizons players choose to run 4.0 over 3.8.
