Does CQC necessarily have to be combat only? why not have the following additions also;
-SRV races-
using new and specially designed models of SRV for high speed low gravity racing, players can race on tracks to achieve victory, with two new modes;
standard race- like NASCAR, weapons disabled, 3+ laps around a course.
Struggle- like Mario kart, weapons enabled, players struggle for first place using terrain, tactics and weapons.. expect a bloodbath of a race!
experienced racers can win the new SRV model for main game!
- Fighter races-
New specially designed SLF variant is available, significantly faster and manoeuvrable than current combat models, although with less shielding and firepower. this comes with two simular game modes as well.
Standard race- like above but with a more ship tailored course, expect tunnels, pylons and lots of things to dodge.
Struggle- like above, weapons are enabled. power ups like in standard CQC mode are available ( Dam boost, shields, boost etc) making this one adrenaline fuelled event!
experienced racers will unlock the new SLF for main game, with a single hardpoint but with increased operational range, making it ideal for exploration of planets or getting itself out of trouble.
Combined with these new events, player will also receive more rewards for all game modes (credits, materials, decals). that apply to main game!
What do you think CMDR's, shall we go peddle to metal with this idea?
Take care!
