Crash site Odyssey missions borked again

Got a mission:

POI does not turn up on planet:

Paid fine. Asking myself if there is any QA at FDev and already knowing the answer ...

Yes sir, this happened to me yesterday... Had 2 grab something from a crash site missions the markers where there on the system map but no markers on the planet. I had previously scanned both planets, and scanned the Nav beacon to no avail. More fines and lost Rep.

i actualy got a marker to appear on the surface, but could'nt embark due to hot temperature

Tried again, still broken, POI does not turn up.

I'm seeing this too, but I have gotten one to succeed.

One failure point I noticed. If you scan you might see the target, but then if you land on the planet somewhere else (say dock at a settlement) and then take off into SC orbit, presto chango the target is no longer there. I went straight to the target from the terminal (via ship etc), and it worked ok. Since this was all of 2 tries, it's not exactly a statistically significant percentage.

Seems hit and miss. Yesterday I had three fail in a row, today, I've just done four in a row. Weird.

Tried 4 Salvage Missions today in NLTT 21088.
1st one worked fine............next three all highlighted the Planets, but no crash site appeared as I approached each Planet..............went off doing an empty Settlement Mission instead.

There's also some weirdness going on where if you trash the perps in your dominator suit, and then switch to you maverick and disembark, both the bodies and objective are gone.

Definitely hit'n'miss.... i stacked 3 earlier this morning, two without a hitch and one where the poi didn't spawn.
