Been unable to play the game for 2 days now due to a CTD loop after disembarking from my SRV at a surface site. I can see from the issue tracker that a few of you are reporting similar issues.
From what I can see, there are three main scenarios where you'll encounter this most unholy game breaking issue:
CTD when attempting to land/approach surface site in ship
CTD when on foot/disembarking from SRV at a surface site
CTD when stuck in an APEX shuttle that's attempting to land at a surface site
When in your ship, loading into Horizons and jumping to another system/away fromt the surface site, then re-loading back into Odyssey can resolve this, but on foot/SRV/APEX shuttle is a bit different. I always get the "There was a problem retrieving you Commander data from the server" error when attempting to load into Horizons. Logged in on a different machine and encounter the smae issues, so I know the problem isn't on my end.
I know FDev will be super busy just now, but I know I'm probably not the only one that’s majorly frustrated/disappointed that I can't play the game now.
Anyone had a response from customer support regarding a potential fix? No updates on my ticket yet unfortunately.
