Wow, Why is it that some people get moved and others (like myself) sit in the ticket black hole waiting for a response. I guess I'll submit another ticket. Seriously if it's just a matter of moving a player to another location and voila, why tick off players and leave them hanging for more than a week. There should be a simply tech support ticket for this crash and when it comes in they just move the player ship. It can't be that hard or take that long.
To add to the nonsense, I just checked my support ticket and previously in the "my activities" it showed I had an open ticket that was a week old and the status was open. I just ckecked again and the support ticket has just vanished and there is no activity at all. Nice way to handle tech support. Just delete tickets without any communication or resolution. If they can fix this with simply moving a players ship off of the Sharur system to another one why is this such a stupid mess. Now I have to wait how long with my support ticket removed and starting from scratch. Disgusting tech support.
If you have been waiting for an extended period of time you should double check your support activity to make sure the ticket is still there. You might be waiting for ever and never hope to get a response if your ticket has been removed. And to be clear, I already received an email saying they received my ticket from the first time I submitted last week. What garbage.
