Crash to desktop since January Update Patch One

Hello, ever since January Update Patch One my game crashes to desktop every time I try to start it. I click "Play", it goes through the loading screen, and then it crashes and this window appears:

Processor: AMB FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor 3.50 GHz
Installed RAM: 8.00 GB
System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

And GPU? (why does nobody ever include that, it's literally the most important component required to run the game)

With that, are the GPU drivers updated from either AMD's or Nvidia's website, (not just those provided with Windows) as the cobra engine can be sensitive to drivers.
