Hey guys just curious if anyone else is crashing constantly after yesterday's update. The game would occasionally crash before this but wasn't bad at all. But now I've crashed 10 times in the past 15 minutes mainly while docked at a station. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing this because the game is unplayable for me atm.

You are not the only one. There are many others experiencing the same issue, including me. According to the bug reporting forum they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix but there is no ETA on a fix as of now. Hopefully it's a server side issue and not part of the latest update as a fix for that could be a while due to having to go through the MS certification process. You may want to report your gamertag in one of the crashing threads on the bug reporting board.
Try deleting the game and reinstalling. I was crashing every few mins afterv the update. Figured I would try redownloading the game because I've done similar for other games that had issues and it worked. After reinstalling I've not crashed once.
Do you still have your save game after the reinstall?
Yeah, game saves are stored server side.
Crashes every 20-60 seconds on open and solo for me. Reinstalling has not helped.
You guys still experiencing the crashing and have they said anything on a fix?
I've had problems after the update, mainly it crashes for me when I'm in the docking menus.
The game doesn’t even lasts 30 seconds for me before crashing. I haven't tried again since yesterday but I guess until a new patch is released this isn't going to change.
Could it be a NAT Type problem?
If your NAT Type is not set to "Open" that could be the issue?
My NAT was on strict for some reason but i've just changed it to Open and loaded Elite up. No improvement. Crashed with 30 seconds again.

Hmm not sure what it could be, does it give any type of message when it crashes or does it just kick you to dashboard?
Example: connection error etc..
Options: 1. Maybe a hard-reset will fix the problem or 2. Clearing your systems cache on X1.
other than that I'm lost.
No error message. The screen judt turns black and switches to xbox home page. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Switching off and back on. I just think they need another patch as I believe there's a lot of other people encountering the same issue. Fingers crossed it will get resolved quickly!
Xbox network not working
Hey guys, so I'm new on the game. Just got in yesterday. It's been playing fine but when I jumped into a system I would get a error message bout my Xbox connection to internet. Game plays tutorial fine. Just seems to go out now that I'm in the system. Anyone else have this issue?

I've not noticed a crash difference. Only crashed one time since update, that's about on par with before. HOWEVER, I have serious FPS problems now that didn't exist before. Using when I first engage in combat, screen will straight freeze for a second. Reminds me of Neverwinter ( though not nearly as bad ) ewwww. What did they do!? Hopefully they fix it!
edit: and when I crash I too get the black screen then just returns to dashboard. However, I crashed a few times before the patch to. My issue is screen freezing now

Are you part of the Xbox Preview Program? Beta testing live. I am and the game has become unplayable since the patch. My suspicion is that being part of the Xbox Preview program and running live on a different platform might be the issue.
