So my game was running fine then Fdev slip in 5 hours of updates and lets face it the list of updates hardly seemed 5 hours worth. So what have you done that your not telling us because I'm crashing to desktop getting black screens with sound in the back round. I mean you have been at this for over 2 years why are you struggling to give us a stable game there are hundreds of other online games that don't have half the problems that your having. You make people pay to play your beta releases I think that's what we all paid for, you should be putting the polish on this game after 2 years....

You're aware that they also have to update and test the server side?
My launcher says "Play", not "Upgrade".
No update here on PC. 2.3.11 was three weeks ago.
So your game is running fine then no glitches no crashing to desktop no black screen then you are no help to me but thanks for your input I will file that under useless information and move on. I want to no why after elite went off line for 5 hours of patching, my game keeps crashing.

So if I'm interpreting that right, you can't play since the update a good 3 weeks ago ? Maybe you should better open up a ticket with the support and provide the data they need to maybe solve your problem...
I'd try the help desk then as your fellow commanders are hardly likely to know.
Try asking FD - submit a support ticket, I'm told they are good. Note: not a bug report, a support ticket.

You may also want to present something a bit calmer, rather than venting your frustration. It may make you feel better but does not motivate people to help you.
Just the sort of polite, well-mannered response that is perfectly couched to elicit sympathetic help and assistance from the community.

I refer you back to my original question I was asking Fdev why I'm having problems with my game since there update I was not asking you or your's unless you work for Fdev or think you do, in that case what's wrong with my game!!!
Asking in the main Horizons Discussions section rather than the Elite Dangerous Support section will more than likely get more responses from members of the forums and not FDEV Support.
In that case try asking FD by submitting a support ticket rather than asking the community by posting on the forum! On the other hand why not just shout at everyone trying to help you...

OP : No one owes you anything, get off your high horse and stop insulting us. Go seek help from support. Just saying an update killed your game on a PC is like asking to find a needle somewhere on Earth.

There is NO natch for this game out there and with that said i have only good times and mistakes on MY side only.
Try uninstalling.
