Frontier how many more times do I’ve to tell you that Jurassic world evolution 2 is still keeps on crashing ethier on campaign, challenge mode, species viewer or on sandbox mode. I mean really is it going to take to fix this game?

You need to contact tech support. There is nothing a community manager can do to get your game to the point where you can play it. I'm sorry this is happening but you need to contact tech support as mentioned.

If you pre-loaded Jurassic World Evolution 2.​

There is a known issue with a small number of users where the download will not allow the game to launch. Please delete your game data and the new download will work for you. Yes I pre order the game right before it’s release to the public so NO!!! I never delete the hard work I’ve been trying to plan this out, I don’t know what’s causing these crashes just fix it! I don’t get it You, Jen’s and the rest of the dev teams of frontier you made this game so solve it then

Of course I am. I'm not sure what you expect us to do from the forums. There is no tech support. And please watch your tone it's in every post that you make.
Watch my tone I want you to understand how I feel right now but you just can’t understand or what I’m going throw the struggle and the frustration I’m in with the crashing issue in Jurassic world evolution 2

We know how frustrated you are and I'm not sure what you want us to do about it on a forum. Tech support is there to help you and I'm not quite sure why you won't
contact them. There's nothing more to say on my end.

I'm not sure what you want us to do about it on a forum I’m just sending a message to tell you guys that Jurassic world evolution crashing issue is still keeps on crashing on sandbox mode Jurassic park 1993 map that’s why I need your help

Just to clarify: The issue you're quoting here is a separate issue from when the game launched. Maybe a reinstall will clear out some cache issues, and if you decide to reinstall your save data should still be there.

You've made multiple threads about these crashes and I understand and sympathise with your frustrations. The team is aware that there are still some crash issues on PS4 and Xbox One, and it's being looked into, but there could be several causes to these crashes, and finding and fixing them takes time. We're working on it as much as we can.
 
We are paying customers, we have the right to complain when the product we bought breaks, we’re sorry for the annoyance, clearly mods don’t have issues In JW2, but I’m sure at some point in your lives you’ve bought something that broke and you get annoyed with XYZ company for not making it right, it’s the least expected. I see at least 3 issues in the tracker, 1 being expired due to not being confirmed in the allocated time….. can think of numerous times Apple releases an update that breaks something, and quickly a few days there’s a new version that fixes it, it’s been like what 2 or 3 weeks since JW2 update 3 came out and broke the PS4 game and seems Xbox version too, I’m sorry but no one’s impressed with Frontier efforts, no one should be having issues with a console game it’s ridiculous, QA exists for a reason.
