To those Brave or Crazy Commanders...

I'm going to attempt to survive the planet of death by staying on my ship whilst being catapulted around the White Dwarf!

Chances are my ship will explode, but i'm going to load up as many heat sinks as I can.

Is anyone brave or crazy enough to join me? - For Science!

I will make the attempt later today - I'll do it live on the Tube and Twitch.

Let me know if you are up for the challenge and don't mind losing a ship!

I'll pass; already destroyed my Anaconda twice there. Third attempt was a success though.

So it's possible? To stay on your ship and go round the star? - How did you manage it? I've survived in my SRV no problem... I think the ship will be very hard

Great attempt Nutter - Chapeau!

I think the hull damage was being caused by the gear-up contact with the planet surface, and you eventually glitched through and got thrown clear into space - too late.

Odd though about the modules suddenly dropping from 98% to zero - we can all do without that kind of bug!
