Yeah, gotta love those...or the sheildless Sidey interdicting a combat-dedicated Dropship and spouting off stuff like "You made your last jump, space dust" and "So you choose death, then". I seriously think that some of the AI are insane!

+rep for the laugh! The other fun one is when they ask "What treats do you carry" when you're bounty hunting. I normally reply to that with large volumes of ammo, delivered free of charge (or, more likely, large amounts of concentrated energy, since I run pretty much pure energy loads for BH so I can hang around longer).

I laughed, there's no reason why the AI cannot sometimes be insane, or not know_how_to_play, not unlike a new CMDR who doesn't understand bad decisions.
Good AI, unpredictable.

Shortly after, I claim their bounty.
