Crazy Slow Downloads (Newb)

Trying to download the game and its going so painfully slow, about .2 Mb/s

Is this common? I have very fast broadband here in the States. Is this just a slow server or what?

The manual PDF was downloading at 200 kb/s. I haven't seen downloads that slow since the early 2000s!

Common, Even i've got slightly faster download, but it still took two days, Here in australia.

Man! They need to upgrade then if they aren't distributing through Steam or something. I could order a disc and have it arrive before this download will finish!

Yeah, even small updates can take a few hours to a whole day for me. Star citizen is the same. Anything else and my speeds are fantastic.

Try download on another PC. And you may see much higher speed. No idea why.

Do you have upc fiber-optic in your area it takes me 5 minutes to download an update.

Unfortunately this problem - and I think that is linked to countries and its suppliers, (type of Internet service providers)

I have this also. Usually when big update came I just left comp update when I was at work.

I have 100/10mb net so it should not be because of the speed of the net.
