Making custom guests will work the same way more or less (using that editor), no idea though whether that functionality for guests (making and importing them to our parks) will come in alpha 3 or later.

If the VIP guests get the same variety of that creator. Than I don't wanna buy VIP ticket. It's less to detailed for me. Less variations in all categories!

I would like to create a face that looks like me. I don't wanna choose one of the preset faces! If so then I would look like all you guys :)

I don't know how advanced the guest creator will be, guess we will find out soon.

I'm worried about the naming of the guests, if the system uses players steam names, I don't really want Fuzzy69213 etc in my park and much prefer the random names they have at the moment.

The names have to be approved, so it depends on Frontier's criteria I guess. I plan on mine being my real name.
