I know it is not included in the game. I mean third party wise or editing the developer files to force edit my own guests into my local copy of the game.

I like this idea Bradleymee, It would be interesting to be able to follow or track a guest in your park. I've discovered some interesting guests and followed them for a bit but then moved on to fixing a ride or changing a scenery item and thus lost the VIP in the crowd. It would be cool if you could later find the peep with a search.
And creating your own peeps, that would be really cool.

actually the devs said they are adding in more notifications to let players know when a "vip", friend, or personal avatar, enters your park, though I'm not sure all the details on how it will work specifically
