This is a first for me - just collected ( saved ) my first Billion credits today. Yay me. Maybe not a lot in the big scheme of things but for me it's a milestone. Only problem is do I get hooked on making more or do I sit back and play the game for fun. Wish I knew how much the new Large ships are going to be. Oh well ima savour this for a bit and then go kill some . See ya in the Black.

Make more but do it without compulsion and have fun while gettin more...
And of course you can make some expensive purchases....like buying and outfitting Cutter...if you have needed imperial rank.
Congrats on your first billion cmdr. Now you just have to chase the perfect build for your favorite ship. Thats should keep you busy for the next 6mths lol

I have over 2000 hours in and every ship I'll ever want. Never managed to hit the 1 billion mark though. Closest I ever came was 776 million.
I usually hover between 200 and 400 mill. Thought about grinding it out a few times just to say I did it, but naaah.
Somehow that feeling of low fundage makes things a bit more edgy and I like it that way. Always that nagging feeling of having to
go make some money soon or it's game over. Gives me another reason to come back and play some more.
Typical planned "to-do" scenario: Ok, get in that Asp, fly out to Python parked at Robigo, fire up YouTube and get hauling.
Typical "what actually happens" scenario: Ok, where is that Coriolis build I put together at work? Oh yea, Google Drive........
