Yeah best I can describe it is a creepy groaning sound like you might hear in something like Blade Runner 2049 mixed in with a sort of horn blowing 4 notes and going up and down in octaves.I've heard creepy sounding noises and music around barnacle sites, and usually subtle but intense sounding music around guardian sites, but I have not heard any sound of anything that you're describing when approaching planets with either of those. I might have missed them but then again they might have been added recently.
I did that in audacity and yes you can definitely hear these are made with musical instruments.Yeah best I can describe it is a creepy groaning sound like you might hear in something like Blade Runner 2049 mixed in with a sort of horn blowing 4 notes and going up and down in octaves.
That's the sound your ship's hull makes when it spins too fast after a collision. For some reason it now plays when gliding down to a planet's surface...Yeah best I can describe it is a creepy groaning sound like you might hear in something like Blade Runner 2049 mixed in with a sort of horn blowing 4 notes and going up and down in octaves.
Na not the flexing and creaking of the haul. The best I can describe it is a haunting flute sound. Actually sounds like it should be the Prometheus film or Alien Covenant. But yes the haunting theme deal does kick in while in glide. I’ve heard the same thing in pretty sure descending down on Thargoid sites I’m pretty sure. Mom wondering if they’ve now just also associated the sound effect with landfall ammonia worlds now and I just hadn’t been paying attention. I see so few of them so haven’t retested yet on another. Thing is I usually turn sound effects down to about 25% and turn music off and play my own music so don’t usually hear this sort of stuff often. This last time I happened to have had my volume just turned up enough to catch it and cranked it up further and yep…same haunting sound I’ve heard in years past. That's the sound your ship's hull makes when it spins too fast after a collision.
